Will there be merchandise? Yes! We are planning to have 3 postcards, 2 sticker sheets, and an acrylic keychain available to pre-order.

Will there be international shipping available for the physical zine? Yes! We'll be shipping out of the United States, and will have to add an additional fee for international shipping, but we have every intention of shipping internationally.

Art: In addition to illustrations (traditional and digital), art can include non-illustration visual work such as cosplay, fiber arts, collage, photography, etc. In previous zines we have seen recipes, maps, short TTRPGs - if it's an artistic work you can print in a book, we'd love to hear your ideas!

Writing: For writing, we're looking for short pieces of fanfic (maxing out at about 2000 words/around 4 printed pages).

Rating: This will be a SFW zine, so please only include SFW art in your portfolio pieces!

Portfolio: All applicants should submit 2-4 examples of your previous work with your application, with at least one of those pieces being Hieron related. For your Hieron specific piece, we understand that Hieron ended years ago, so it's okay if you submit an older piece - just include it alongside work you think represent your current skills! The rest of your portfolio can be other fanart, original art, whatever!

Proposals: We will have a section on the application to ask for ideas you may have for your piece and which seasons you're most interested in. Nothing you put here will be binding, but it gives us an idea of what people are interested in making!

Deadline: The application form will close on June 1st. All applicants will be updated via e-mail by mid-June with the results.

Additional contributions: We'll be looking for a cover artist, as well as contributors who would be interested in contributing additional spot art/flavor text, and additional artwork to use for potential merch!

Communication: If accepted to the zine, we will be doing project updates and coordination via a Discord server for the zine, so make sure you have a Discord account before applying.

Stipend: If our pre-order campaign is fully funded, all contributors will receive a $50 stipend for their work in the zine.
